Poi Pet is a border-city in the northwest of Cambodia where many migrants, seeking employment either in Thailand or in Poi Pet, come with their children. Damnok Toek has been working in Poi Pet since 1999 with the mission to reach the most vulnerable children and families who are significantly at-risk of unsafe migration and exploitation. Nowadays, the Drop-In Center offers a range of important services including day care, mobile library, family support, community outreach, and protection programmes.
